What was your motivation?
My main motivation is my 10-year-old daughter. I've to attempt to be and keep wholesome to be round to handle her. I even have hypertension, so I’m attempting to maintain it beneath management.
How did you alter your consuming habits?
My consuming habits haven’t modified a lot. I simply drink much more water and eat loads of fruit and greens.
What did your exercise routine encompass?
For my exercise routine, I stroll the monitor or stroll on the treadmill. I work out no less than 2 to three occasions per week for 1 hour.
