Who would not love meatball!!!! These Air Fryer Thai Turkey Meatballs have a taste explosion in each chew. I do know, they do not appear to be a superbly spherical meatball. We do not add bread and milk to our meatballs. I do not find out about you, however who desires the additional energy from the bread and it would not add any taste to the meatballs.   • 1/2 Cup Onion - Chopped
  • 1 Large Carrot (2/3 cup of shredded carrot)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemongrass Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (Light Soy Sauce can substitute common Soy Sauce)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey


  • Shred carrot, finely chop onion, chop garlic, chop ginger. Preheat oven to 400 levels
  • Mix collectively onion, carrot, garlic, lemongrass paste, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro and floor turkey.
  • Form turkey combination into meatballs. Makes about 20 Meatballs
  • Air Fry - Spray the underside of the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
    Place the meat balls within the air fryer and cook dinner at 400 levels for 7 minutes
    Flip meatballs and cook dinner for a further 7 minutes at 400 levels
    Make certain the meatballs are cooked fully
  • If Baking in Oven: Place Meatballs on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 levels for 25 minutes. Flip meatballs and bake for a further 10 minutes till meatballs are cooked fully
  • Enjoy!!!!!
