SweatMadeSimple is an intermediate-to-advanced dumbbell program, composed of exercises which are 20 minutes or much less, designed to extend power, definition, and lean traces. I designed this program for busy ladies, who wish to seem like they really work out, however don’t have a ton of time to train!​
