  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger
  • 1 Habanero Pepper Optional
  • 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Pound Shrimp
  • 1 Juice of Lemon
  • 1/2 zest of Lemon
  • 2 Cups Broccoli (about 8 Ounces)
  • 1 Cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt


  • Chop Onion, Garlic and Ginger
  • Prepare Shrimp (Remove Shells and Devein)
  • Heat olive oil in a big pan. Add Onion, Garlic, and Ginger.
  • Sauté onions, garlic and ginger till onion is tender. Mix within the Habanero pepper. (Habanero is non-compulsory)
