- Slice sirloin steak in small strips
- Zest and juice orange and pour over the Sirloin to marinade for half-hour.
- Mix in a small bowl Sherry, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Cornstarch, and Sesame oil
- Slice carrots in small strips
- Chop Green Onions
- Heat Peanut Oil with Garlic and Ginger in Saute Pan.
- Add the Steak together with marinade to the saute pan
- When Steak is cooked by and not pink add within the Carrot strips. Stir Fry for a minute or so till the carrots begin to soften
