LCHF Smoothie Recipe-Coconut Milk,Pineapple and Pomegranate
Happy Monday :). How was your weekend? I'm juicing at present, yeeeeeeeyeyeye 🙂 , learn Ana’s 5 day juicing that helped her to drop a costume dimension right here.
I didn't have a lot in dinner yesterday, simply 3 boiled eggs with my large cuppaa BPC. So, at present I awoke hungry. I believed some coconut milk smoothie can be nice for a fast breakfast. Ana had advised strawberry and coconut milk recipe however I couldn't get strawberry the day before today 🙁 So.. necessity is the mom of all innovations. I made this fast smoothie and it was yummmmmmm yummmmmm 🙂 Here is LCHF Smoothie Recipe-Coconut Milk,Pineapple and Pomegranate.

Pineapple – 2 large slices
Pomegranate – half a cup
- Juice pineapple and pomegranate. Shift the juice in a blender.
- Blend coconut milk and the combined juice within the blender. You can use hand blender too.
- And tadaaaaaaaaa, its prepared 🙂
Can you see the froth ? Its so rattling creamy !
And that is the BHOOT errr … She Bhoot who simply awoke within the morning 😀
